Effective date: June 1, 2026 · Applies to all SE1 platforms — web, PWA, Android, and any future desktop or iOS version.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SE1 interface — including the website at https://se1.tech, the installable web app (PWA), the SE1 Android application, and any future desktop or iOS version (together, the “Interface”). By using the Interface on any platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services where you live. You may not use the Interface if you are subject to sanctions or located in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.
SE1 is an interface to public smart contracts and liquidity on Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Solana, and Bitcoin. SE1 does not hold, control, or have access to user assets at any point. All transactions are constructed for your review and signed exclusively by your own wallet. You are solely responsible for the custody of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases.
SE1 charges a platform fee of 0.01% on same-chain swaps and 0.01% on cross-chain bridges, shown transparently before you sign. Network (gas) fees and third-party routing fees are set by the underlying networks and providers, not by SE1. Ambassador referral earnings are paid from SE1’s own fee share and never increase your cost.
Cryptocurrencies are volatile. Prices can change between quote and execution. Always review price impact and slippage tolerance before signing. Executed blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed by SE1.
Anyone can create a token with any name or symbol. You are responsible for verifying that a token’s contract address matches the asset you intend to trade.
SE1 routes orders through third-party smart contracts and services (including 0x, LI.FI, Jupiter, and Reown/WalletConnect) and the public liquidity available on each network. While widely audited, smart contracts can contain vulnerabilities and third-party services can fail or change. SE1 does not control these systems and is not responsible for their performance. Trade only with funds you can afford to lose.
You agree not to use the Interface to violate any law, launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with the service, or infringe the rights of others.
Nothing on the Interface constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Quotes, routes, and statistics are provided for information only. Consult licensed professionals if in doubt.
The Interface is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SE1 and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Interface, the underlying blockchains, or third-party services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SE1 and its contributors from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Interface or your violation of these Terms.
The SE1 name, logo, and interface design are the property of SE1. You may not copy or use them without prior written permission, except as needed to use the Interface as intended.
We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Interface at any time. The current version applies to every SE1 platform and will always be published at https://se1.tech/terms with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
